Below are the dates we have scheduled for upcoming Heart Rate-Based Programs.
Curious about a Target Race? It’s a race where we are expecting a critical mass of #motherrunners and TLAM coaches. We’ll have a shake-out run, some kind of party-ish gathering, and cheering sections. They are a blast! We will put out a call early in the programs to identify people who will be at the Target Race, so if you need a roommate, we can help you out. (Don’t be shy about attending alone! Truly.)

You begin the plan the Monday after you sign up; the eight-week plan slides into your schedule easily. 2. GROUP WAVE Train with teammates on the same schedule as you.
