AMAZING WITH TWEAKS HEART RATE HALF-MARATHON PROGRAM
AMAZING WITH TWEAKS is a perfect step after you’ve completed the AMAZING Half-Marathon plan, the INCREDIBLE Marathon plan or another 20-week heart rate marathon race plan. Why? You’ll have the aerobic base necessary to enjoy Friday’s Stride Sandwiches, Big Girl Pickups, and other fun features of the plan without getting frustrated or allowing your heart rate to get too high. If you are coming out of Heart Rate 101, we recommend AMAZING plan to keep you running strong.
BIGGEST WEEK OF TRAINING: Six hours, forty-five minutes.
LONGEST LONG RUN DISTANCES: Two, 175-minute runs.
