We are SO EXCITED to announce our next nutrition program, designed and led by the extraordinary Ellie Kempton, MSN, RD: Living Nourished Like a Mother!

Living Nourished Like a Mother is a three-week program that runs in the winter, spring, summer and fall; it stitches together tools you’ve been given in Simply Nourished Like A Mother with brand new resources focused on fresh ingredients + meal planning to streamline your time in the kitchen without sacrificing quality. And to drive home the sustainability of the plan, each LNLAM guide comes with a seasonal self-care protocol showcasing the most invaluable ways to glean the most therapeutic aspects of each season pairing the food with lifestyle design.

The first round of Living Nourished Like a Mother: Winter Wellness will be a Beta test. What that means: we’re looking for 15 participants who can participate and engage in program, which runs from November 27 – December 17. (Read: In the thick of the holiday crazies.) The cost is $80, a reduced rate in exchange for your feedback.

The (important) feedback component: We need you to be present and chatty on the Facebook page on a regular basis, as well as take time at the end of the program to thoughtfully fill out a survey about materials and program structure. We anticipate the time commitment to be about 2 hours weekly (to encompass the application of the materials + engagement in the Facebook live session), so please do NOT sign up if you know that will be a stretch for you during the holiday season.

If you’re too wrapped up in holiday concerts and tying bows, don’t fret; we get it. Living Nourished Like a Mother: Winter Wellness will officially launch in February of 2018.

We’ll follow up Winter Wellness with a new Living Nourished in the spring, summer and fall. Each season will have a unique menu and focus on seasonal foods + self-care practices so your Simply Nourished lifestyle can be as succulent as crispy roasted delicata squash, indulgent as fresh baked pumpkin muffins and cozy as that first sip of chai tea.

The three-week program includes:

  • A quick, helpful refresh of the Simply Nourished concepts (such as timing + portions of veg, proteins, carbs and fats)
  • A seasonal update of Simply Nourished easy-to-use formulas like skillets + smoothies

  • A seasonal meal plan that stitches together all the resources you’ve been given
  • Ten recipes [!] showcasing the freshest, most available foods, which will quickly become your new go-to recipes for the season]
  • An accessible meal planning template  integrating Simply Nourished tenets allowing you to replicate the meal planning process in minutes
  • A seasonally-focused podcast that reviews the new materials in depth
  • A private Facebook page and Facebook live sessions so we can tackle all your Q’s with supportive A’s
